ToothTalent Terms

Effective Date: February 1, 2026

Welcome to ToothTalent, a Canadian oral health career marketplace that helps oral health professionals discover job opportunities, research clinics, compare workplace fit, and connect with dental clinics and oral health care employers across Canada.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ToothTalent website, job board, forms, chat, meeting booking tools, email communications, employer services, and related features.

By accessing or using ToothTalent, creating an account, applying for a job, posting a job, submitting information, booking a meeting, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use ToothTalent.

1. Use of ToothTalent

ToothTalent provides a platform for oral health professionals, job seekers, employers, clinics, dental groups, recruiters, and other oral health care organizations to discover, post, share, and respond to career-related opportunities.

You agree to use ToothTalent only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any instructions, policies, or guidelines we provide.

2. Eligibility

ToothTalent is intended for adults, working professionals, employers, and organizations. By using ToothTalent, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to use the platform and enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

Some features may require you to create an account or submit information through a form, application, chat, or meeting booking tool. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

4. Job Seekers and Applications

If you apply for a job, submit a resume, or provide application materials through ToothTalent, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

ToothTalent is not the employer for jobs posted by third parties and is not responsible for employer hiring decisions, interview decisions, compensation decisions, employment terms, workplace conditions, or communications between you and an employer.

We encourage users to review job postings carefully, ask appropriate questions, and conduct their own due diligence before accepting any opportunity.

5. Employers, Clinics, and Job Listings

If you post a job, submit employer information, or use ToothTalent on behalf of a clinic, dental group, business, or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization.

You agree that job postings and employer content must be accurate, lawful, complete, professional, and not misleading. You are responsible for the content of your listings, hiring communications, and any employment-related representations you make.

ToothTalent may review, edit, reject, remove, pause, or refuse job postings or employer content that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk, appears misleading, or does not align with the purpose of the platform.

6. User Content

ToothTalent may allow users to submit, upload, post, or share content, including job listings, employer profiles, resumes, cover letters, application materials, messages, form submissions, and other information.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content to ToothTalent, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and share that content as needed to operate, provide, improve, and promote the platform and related services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit any content you provide to ToothTalent.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse ToothTalent or use the platform in a way that harms users, employers, ToothTalent, or the integrity of the service.

Prohibited activities include posting false, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive content; impersonating another person or organization; harassing or threatening others; attempting unauthorized access; scraping or harvesting data; using bots or automated tools without permission; uploading harmful code; interfering with platform operations; violating intellectual property rights; or using ToothTalent for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

8. Payments, Paid Services, and Promotions

ToothTalent may offer paid services, including job postings, featured clinic placements, employer visibility products, promotional listings, or other hiring-related services.

Prices, features, availability, and terms for paid services may change from time to time. Any additional payment terms presented at checkout, on an order form, invoice, or service agreement will also apply.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for job postings, featured placements, and promotional services are non-refundable once the service has started, the listing has been published, or the promotional placement has been activated.

9. No Guarantee of Results

ToothTalent may help employers increase visibility and help professionals discover opportunities, but we do not guarantee job offers, interviews, applications, hires, candidate quality, employer responses, placement results, website traffic, or specific business outcomes.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

ToothTalent may include links to third-party websites, employer websites, job postings, tools, or services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, privacy practices, hiring processes, or communications.

11. Privacy and Communications

Your use of ToothTalent is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information.

By submitting your contact information, you agree that ToothTalent may contact you about your account, inquiries, applications, job alerts, meetings, services, support requests, and other communications related to your use of ToothTalent. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from ToothTalent materials without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

13. Platform Changes, Suspension, and Termination

ToothTalent may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform or its services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to ToothTalent, remove content, reject listings, or restrict accounts if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, misused the platform, or acted in a way that may harm ToothTalent, users, employers, or third parties.

14. Disclaimer

ToothTalent is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, accurate, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToothTalent disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ToothTalent, its affiliates, representatives, service providers, and personnel harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of ToothTalent, your content, your job postings, your applications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
